Mod Decor is led by founder and principal designer Ashley Hagen, an accomplished exhibiting artist and art professor at the University of Southern California. Her work in museums and galleries, and her years of guiding students through creative discovery, inform every aspect of her design process. Ashley approaches each interior like a living composition: layered, intentional, and full of meaning. With an artist’s eye for color, form, and negative space, she creates interiors that feel as elevated as they are personal, balancing aesthetic sophistication with intuitive functionality.
